"Emily is very efficient in her job she spends time assessing the horses as well as asking questions to get a clear overview of what the issues are before she starts treatment. Treatment plans are sent to us the same evening so that we can do the exercises she has set us through a program of weeks.

Emily has a natural ability to deal with more difficult animals which is down to her calm nature and past experience of working in the industry. She also has excellent communication skills dealing well with clients who I have recommended her to."

"After a telephone call to Emily regarding my gelding, I was immediately impressed with her attitude and professionalism so I made an appointment for her to visit us.

Emily turned up on time and was keen to meet my lad. She was very easy to get along with and put everything in ‘easy to understand’ terms. Her initial examination was very impressive and thorough, talking me through the whole process and pointing out areas which she felt would be beneficial with treatment.

Emily did not rush any part of treatment and worked very hard making my lad feel comfortable to the point he was enjoying it too much!

I have booked Emily again and will be using her on a regular basis as my gelding is moving so much better.

Not only am I impressed with Emily’s attitude and treatment, but the report she emails over to you explaining her treatment and suggested exercises to carry out until she visits again.

Thank you Emily"

"I started to use Emily a few months ago to treat my mare who is extremely sensitive and takes an instant dislike to many! I am what some would say ‘fussy’ when it comes to treating her so first impressions mean a lot.

Emily did not disappoint, she arrived on time, smart, prepared and very professional. She did not rush around and her attitude and calmness won my mare over.

Emily gave her a thorough examination to establish the best course of action to relieve her soreness and then treated accordingly. She treated with compassion and time was of no importance if she felt an area needed more work.

Emily really impressed me from start to finish, hence me booking her again and again.

I highly recommend her as I feel she is the best physiotherapist I have met in the equine world. Emily really does provide a first class service and I have seen a huge difference in my horse and she loves her!"

"Emily has been working with my 8 year old Labrador, Sheba, for a couple of months now. She was recommended to me by a friend who had Emily treating her dog after surgery on his knee.

Sheba has hip dysplasia with chronic osteoarthritis and was really struggling with the winter weather. Emily really impressed me on her initial visit as Sheba can be quite nervous around new people but she took to Emily straight away as she had a very calm and quiet manner. Emily showed me how Sheba had lost a lot of muscle across her back end and explained how this was making the problem worse as her hips didn’t have any support.

The first session was aimed at making Sheba feel more comfortable by relieving pain in her muscles, Emily also left us with some simple homework to continue the treatment. I noticed a difference in Sheba immediately after the first treatment; she was happier in herself and moving easier. Emily returned the following week and since then has visited us regularly, we have now progressed to more advanced exercises to build up Sheba’s strength.

I’m so very glad that we found Emily when we did, I thought we were nearing the end of the road with Sheba but Emily has made an enormous difference to her both physically and mentally. Her physiotherapy treatments have made her seem several years younger and she is now so much more happy and active. "
